Doug is married to Suanne and they have three children. He studied at Sydney Missionary and Bible College (SMBC) and Morling College, and has been at Milton Ulladulla Baptist Church since 2012.
As Senior Pastor, Doug’s role is to teach the Bible, pastorally care for the MUBC family, and lead the church along with a team of elders. He loves spending time with his family, fishing, golf, reading, catching up with friends, working with timber, and anything to do with animals. Doug has a love for people which is exceeded only by his love for Jesus and a desire to see people come to know and love Jesus.

Bruce and his wife Helen joined MUBC in 2007 coming from a Methodist/Uniting background with over forty years ministry experience. In February 2010 MUBC recognised God’s continued call on Bruce’s life and elected him to the Church Eldership. Bruce’s many years of ministry has seen him gifted with wisdom and discernment. He is a qualified Pastoral counsellor and trained mentor. Bruce is always happy to meet and pray with anyone who wishes.
Mark has been a member of MUBC since August 2003 and previously served as a Deacon before being elected as a Church Elder in November 2012. Mark has a great passion for the Word of God and blesses the church through his preaching, biblical knowledge and heart of discipleship. Mark has two beautiful daughters with his wife, Charissa. Mark is always happy to meet and pray with anyone.
Mark has been a member of MUBC since 1992 and became an Elder in 2018. Mark brings a wealth of insight and knowledge to every-day situations, and actively seeks to support many of the men in our church community and beyond. He relates well to all age-groups, including youth and children; and with his sense of humour is able to share the good news of Jesus clearly through his use of stories. Mark is married to Jenny and they have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
